1. Full Conference	Includes all DCCS and PDS sessions, all workshops, proceedings CD and supplemental volume CD, welcome reception, lunches, coffee breaks and one ticket for the excursion and the banquet. Student registrations do not include the excursion and banquet ticket. Tutorials are not included. Tutorials and extra banquet/excursion tickets can be purchased at additional cost, by selecting the appropriate options in the forms ahead.
2. All Day Pass for Workshops	Includes attendance to any of the workshop sessions in the first day, breaks and lunch on the workshops day and supplemental volume CD (which includes workshop proceedings). Tutorials are not included. Tutorials and banquet/excursion tickets - if desired - can be purchased at additional cost, by selecting the appropriate options in the forms ahead.
3. Single Workshop	Includes attendance to a single workshop of your choice, breaks and lunch on the workshops day and supplemental volume CD (which includes workshop proceedings). Tutorials are not included. Tutorials and extra banquet/excursion tickets - if desired - can be purchased at additional cost, by selecting the appropriate options in the forms ahead.
4. Tutorial Only	Includes attendance to one or more tutorials, breaks during chosen tutorial(s), and printed handout for your tutorial(s). The tutorials are selected by checking the appropriate options in the forms ahead.
